You can return the products, If they are damaged or faulty, but also if you are cancelling the order because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside of our control, or because you have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong. If you would like to make a return, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will reach-out to you directly with further details on how to return the products.

You must send the products as soon as possible after telling us you wish to cancel the order. Please ensure the products are packed adequately to prevent damage in transit.

From the date of your purchase, you have 90 days to start a return. We accept returns for all orders within this legal period. Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund. After submission of the Contact Form, you will receive a confirmation email that a Refund procedure has been initiated.
As far as the Refund procedure is initiated, you will receive by email the address of our warehouse to ship back your order. Please note that your shipment should have a tracking number which will serve as a proof of shipment.
We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if you’re not happy with your order you can send it back to us. To request a return, please follow the steps outlined above.
As far as your return received, you will get a confirmation email. If you did not receive it during 10 days after the shipment, please contact us with a valid tracking number of your shipment. Yes, the full amount of your order 100% will be refunded within 10 days. It should be returned to your account and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!
